      Sec. 21a-342. (Formerly Sec. 19-565). Regulations. The administrator may promulgate such regulations as are required for the efficient enforcement of sections 21a-335 to 21a-346, inclusive, and shall cause such regulations to conform, insofar as is practicable, with the regulations established pursuant to the federal Hazardous Substances Act.
