Statutes > Connecticut > Title22 > Chap423 > Sec22-30Sec. 22-30. Penalty for improper use of brand name. Any person who uses a brand promulgated under the provisions of section 22-29 without having written permission as provided in section 22-28 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars for the first offense and not more than two hundred dollars for each subsequent offense.
