Statutes > Connecticut > Title22 > Chap425 > Sec22-76Sec. 22-76. Lessee may construct building. The lessee of any land leased by the Marketing Authority may construct thereon a building, of a type approved by the authority, to be used by such lessee for marketing or related purposes. Title to any such buildings so constructed may be conveyed by such lessee to the state.
