Statutes > Connecticut > Title22a > Chap441 > Sec22a-66iSec. 22a-66i. Action of officer or agent deemed to be action of pesticide application business. In any proceeding regarding denial, suspension or revocation of a certificate of registration, and any proceeding pursuant to section 22a-66h, the action, omission or failure to act of any officer, agent or other person acting for or employed by the pesticide application business shall also be deemed to be the action, omission or failure to act of the pesticide application business as well as that of the person employed.
