      Sec. 22a-133z. General permits for contaminated site remediation. The Commissioner of Environmental Protection may issue a general permit, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant section of the general statutes which authorizes the general permit, for any activity related to contaminated site remediation which activity the commissioner deems appropriate for a general permit.
