      Sec. 22a-134k. Household hazardous waste management plan. On or before February 1, 1992, the Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall, within available appropriations, prepare a plan for the collection, disposal, reduction, recycling and other management techniques for household hazardous waste. Such plan shall include specifications for the siting, licensing and operation of regional facilities for such purposes and shall take into account different methods of appropriate disposal. Such plan shall be submitted to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to the environment.
