      Sec. 22a-182a. Appeals from decisions in contested cases. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 4-183, any appeal by a person aggrieved by a final decision of the Commissioner of Environmental Protection made in a contested case under the provisions of this chapter shall be brought in the superior court for the judicial district of New Britain.
