Statutes > Connecticut > Title22a > Chap446c > Sec22a-194eSec. 22a-194e. Reuse or recycling of controlled substances used in automobile air conditioning systems. On and after January 1, 1991, each state agency owning or leasing a motor vehicle and each business entity located in this state owning or leasing ten or more motor vehicles shall have any controlled substances used in the automobile air conditioning systems of such vehicles reused or recycled when such systems are serviced.
