Statutes > Connecticut > Title22a > Chap446d > Sec22a-221aSec. 22a-221a. Operating committees declared to be public instrumentalities and political subdivisions of the state. Any operating committee established pursuant to subsection (c) of section 22a-221 shall constitute a public instrumentality and political subdivision of the state of Connecticut established and created for the performance of an essential public and governmental function.
