      Sec. 22a-354aa. Strategic groundwater monitoring program in aquifer protection areas. The Commissioner of Environmental Protection, in consultation with the Commissioner of Public Health, water companies, and business and industry shall develop a strategic groundwater monitoring plan to be implemented in aquifer protection areas not more than one year after completion of level A mapping pursuant to sections 22a-354b to 22a-354d, inclusive.
