      Sec. 22a-354v. Technical training classes for members and staff of municipal aquifer protection agencies. The Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall formulate courses in technical training for members and staff of municipal aquifer protection agencies. Such courses shall provide instruction in the regulations developed pursuant to section 22a-354i, potential options for monitoring and enforcement and technical requirements for site plan review. The commissioner may designate any organization or educational institution to provide such instruction.
