The Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall (1) provide technical and clerical assistance, within available appropriations, to the commission for its oversight and administrative activities and (2) receive, process and manage chemical information and notifications made pursuant to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act.
