      Sec. 22a-606. Provision of final notice to chief executive officer of municipality. The chief executive officer of a municipality, or his designee, may provide the owner or operator of a facility suspected of a violation of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act with the initial, second and final notice of any such violation.
