      Sec. 23-15. State park receipts deposited in General Fund. All receipts from the operation of the state parks shall be deposited in the General Fund in accordance with the provisions of section 4-32. Expenditures incurred by the Department of Environmental Protection for the operation, maintenance and extension of or improvements to state parks shall be paid with moneys appropriated from the General Fund.
