The Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall be, ex officio, State Forest Fire Warden and shall receive no additional compensation therefor, but necessary traveling and other expenses shall be paid by the state.

History: P.A. 01-150 designated Commissioner of Environmental Protection, ex officio, to be State Forest Fire Warden and made a technical change for purposes of gender neutrality.
