Statutes > Connecticut > Title25 > Chap474 > Sec25-39Sec. 25-39. Pollution of drinking water. Any person who puts anything into a well, spring, fountain, cistern or other place from which water is procured for drinking or other purposes, with the intent to injure the quality of such water, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months.
