      Sec. 25-161. Establishment of commission. Membership. There is hereby established a Bi-State Pawcatuck River Commission. The commission shall consist of ten members, five of whom shall be residents of Connecticut and five of whom shall be residents of Rhode Island. The Connecticut members shall be as follows: Three members appointed by the board of selectmen of Stonington, one member appointed by the member of the state Senate representing the district which includes Stonington and one member appointed by the member of the state House of Representatives representing the district which includes Stonington.
