      Sec. 28-1i. Annual report to General Assembly re state-wide emergency management and homeland security activities. Not later than January 1, 2006, and annually thereafter, the Commissioner of Emergency Management and Homeland Security shall submit a report to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public safety that specifies and evaluates state-wide emergency management and homeland security activities during the preceding calendar year.
