      Sec. 29-198. (Formerly Sec. 19-418). Penalties. Any person who violates any of the provisions of sections 29-191 to 29-197, inclusive, or the regulations of the department herein provided for shall, for the first offense, be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars and, for each subsequent offense, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not less than thirty days nor more than one hundred and eighty days or be both fined and imprisoned.
