Statutes > Connecticut > Title29 > Chap541 > Sec29-358Sec. 29-358. (Formerly Sec. 29-98). Bond. The chief executive authority of the municipality shall require a bond of one thousand dollars from the applicant for such permit conditioned on compliance with the provisions of section 29-357, provided no municipality shall be required to file such bond.
