      Sec. 3-22n. Nothing in trust or in any participation agreement deemed to guarantee admission to or continued enrollment in educational institution. Nothing in sections 3-22f to 2-33o, inclusive, or in any participation agreement shall constitute nor be deemed to constitute an agreement, pledge, promise, or guarantee of admission or continued enrollment of any designated beneficiary or any other person to any eligible educational institution in the state or any other institution of higher education.
