      Sec. 3-99c. Commercial recording account established. Use of funds. All fees received by the Secretary of the State shall be deposited in the General Fund, except that the Treasurer shall deposit in a separate, nonlapsing commercial recording account which shall be established within the General Fund, sufficient funds for the administration of the Commercial Recording Division within the office of the Secretary of the State. All costs incurred in the administration of the Commercial Recording Division shall be paid from the commercial recording account.
