Statutes > Connecticut > Title30 > Chap545 > Sec30-80Sec. 30-80. Delivery in town deemed sale. The delivery by the vendor or his agent, within the limits of any town, of any alcoholic liquor shall be deemed a sale of such liquor within such town, although the contract for the sale of such liquor is made outside the limits of such town.
