Statutes > Connecticut > Title31 > Chap561 > Sec31-107aSec. 31-107a. Application for transcript. Costs. Any party who wishes to have a transcript of the proceedings before the labor relations board shall apply therefor. The parties may agree on the sharing of the costs of the transcript but, in the absence of such agreement, the costs shall be paid by the requesting party.
