Statutes > Connecticut > Title31 > Chap562 > Sec31-119Sec. 31-119. Contempt of court. Any person charged with contempt of court shall have the same right of admission to bail that is accorded to persons accused of crime and a reasonable time to make a defense, provided the alleged contempt was not committed in the immediate view or presence of the court.
