Statutes > Connecticut > Title31 > Chap568 > Sec31-349iSec. 31-349i. Cost-saving methodologies. The custodian of the Second Injury Fund may implement cost-saving methodologies within the existing prescription drug program but shall not mandate the use of a mail order pharmacy by the claimant.
