      Sec. 32-290a. Entrepreneurial training program. (a) The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, in consultation with the Commissioner of Social Services and the Labor Commissioner, may establish, within available appropriations, an entrepreneurial training program for the purpose of training and preparing former recipients of temporary family assistance, general assistance, state-administered general assistance and aid to families with dependent children, ex-offenders and high school drop-outs for self-employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.

      (b) The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development may adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to carry out the purposes of this section.
