      Sec. 32-602a. Assistance to science center. The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management and the Capital City Economic Development Authority may enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Connecticut Center for Science and Exploration that provides that the secretary and the authority may provide financial management and construction management services assistance for the science center.
