      Sec. 32-617a. Limitation on liability of state officials. No officer or employee of the state executing any agreement with respect to all or any portion of the overall project or stadium facility operations, or otherwise pursuant to sections 32-660 to 32-668, inclusive, shall be liable personally or be subject to any personal liability or accountability under such agreement.
