Statutes > Connecticut > Title34 > Chap610 > Sec34-28bSec. 34-28b. Judicial dissolution of limited partnerships. On application by or for a partner the superior court of the judicial district where the principal business of the partnership is carried on may decree dissolution of a limited partnership whenever it is not reasonably practicable to carry on the business in conformity with the partnership agreement.
