      Sec. 34-211. Articles of dissolution. After the dissolution of a limited liability company pursuant to section 34-206, the limited liability company shall file articles of dissolution in the office of the Secretary of the State which set forth: (1) The name of the limited liability company; (2) the reason for filing the articles of dissolution; (3) the effective date, which shall be a date certain, of the articles of dissolution if they are not to be effective upon the filing; and (4) any other information the members or managers filing the articles of dissolution may determine.
