Statutes > Connecticut > Title35 > Chap625 > Sec35-56Sec. 35-56. Limitation of action for misappropriation. No action for misappropriation shall be brought but within three years from the date the misappropriation is discovered or by the exercise of reasonable diligence should have been discovered. For the purposes of this section, a continuing misappropriation constitutes a single claim.
