Statutes > Connecticut > Title38a > Chap698 > Sec38a-92bSec. 38a-92b. Licensing of financial guaranty insurance corporations. Reinsurance. (a) Each financial guaranty insurance corporation may transact financial guaranty insurance business in this state if licensed to do so by the commissioner.
(b) A financial guaranty insurance corporation may only reinsure those lines of insurance which it is licensed to write direct business for in this state.
