      Sec. 38a-518g. Mandatory coverage for prostate cancer screening. Each group health insurance policy providing coverage of the type specified in subdivisions (1), (2), (4), (11) and (12) of section 38a-469 delivered, issued for delivery, renewed or continued in this state on or after January 1, 2000, shall provide coverage for laboratory and diagnostic tests, including, but not limited to, prostate specific antigen (PSA) tests, to screen for prostate cancer for men who are symptomatic, whose biological father or brother has been diagnosed with prostate cancer, and for all men fifty years of age or older.
