      Sec. 38a-529. Mandatory coverage for services provided by the Veterans' Home. No group health insurance policy delivered, issued for delivery or renewed in this state on or after October 1, 1988, may exclude coverage for services provided by the Veterans' Home.

      History: P.A. 04-169 changed the name of the Veterans' Home and Hospital to the Veterans' Home, effective June 1, 2004.
