Statutes > Connecticut > Title42 > Chap743c > Sec42-206Sec. 42-206. Unfair trade practice. A violation of any of the provisions of sections 42-200 to 42-205, inclusive, shall be deemed an unfair or deceptive trade practice in accordance with the provisions of chapter 735a.
