      Sec. 42-354. Civil action. Any supplier or dealer may bring an action in the Superior Court to recover damages sustained by reason of a violation of any provision of sections 42-345 to 42-353, inclusive, and, if appropriate, may apply for injunctive relief as provided in chapter 916. Any such action shall be privileged with respect to its assignment for trial. Such supplier or dealer, if successful in such action, shall be entitled to costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
