Statutes > Connecticut > Title42a > Art003 > Sec42a-3-114Sec. 42a-3-114. Contradictory terms of instrument. If an instrument contains contradictory terms, typewritten terms prevail over printed terms, handwritten terms prevail over both, and words prevail over numbers.

History: P.A. 91-304 entirely replaced former provisions re the date of an instrument with provisions re contradictory terms, a restatement of Sec. 42a-3-118(b) and (c), revised to 1991.
