Statutes > Connecticut > Title45a > Chap801b > Sec45a-121Sec. 45a-121. (Formerly Sec. 45-11). Judge cited may issue order in his own district. Any judge of probate who is cited and qualified to act in another district may issue any order in his own district, as acting judge of the other district, as long as no prior hearing of adverse parties is required. Any such order shall be recorded in the records of the other district.
