      Sec. 45a-419. (Formerly Sec. 45-224). Removal of commissioners. Appointment of successors. The Court of Probate may remove any commissioner for cause and appoint another in his place, after notice as required in an original appointment. When the successor commissioner is sworn he shall, with the remaining commissioners, after such notice as the court prescribes, examine and allow such claims only as have been exhibited within the time originally limited.
