      Sec. 46b-179. Foreign paternity judgments. As used in sections 46b-179a to 46b-179d, inclusive, foreign paternity judgment means any judgment, decree or order of a court of any state in the United States, other than a court of this state, in an action which results in a final determination on the issue of paternity except any such judgment, decree or order obtained by default in appearance.
