Statutes > Connecticut > Title47 > Chap821 > Sec47-9Sec. 47-9. Deeds of railroad companies. Whenever any railroad company makes and executes a deed in fee simple of any lands which that company has derived by purchase, that deed effectually conveys the title to those lands to the absolute use of the grantee.
