Statutes > Connecticut > Title47 > Chap828a > Sec47-302Sec. 47-302. Ground lease interest constitutes an interest in real property. A lessee's interest in a ground lease with a community land trust shall constitute an interest in real property. Any loan made to the lessee may be secured by the lessee's leasehold interest in the same manner as any other loan secured by real property.
