      Sec. 48-51. Ombudsman for Property Rights. Appointment. Qualifications. The Ombudsman for Property Rights shall be appointed by the Governor in accordance with sections 4-5 to 4-8, inclusive. The Ombudsman for Property Rights shall be an elector of the state who is an attorney admitted to practice law in this state with expertise or experience in the field of real estate law or land use regulation.
