Statutes > Connecticut > Title49 > Chap847 > Sec49-87Sec. 49-87. Certificate of dissolution of bond, filing. Upon dissolution of the surety bond, the surety may file with the town clerk where the real estate is situated a certificate of such dissolution signed by the plaintiff of record or by his attorney of record or by the authority making the attachment for which the bond was substituted.
