      Sec. 4d-82a. Ed-Net account. (a) There is established a separate nonlapsing account within the General Fund to be known as the Ed-Net account. Any reimbursements received by the Department of Information Technology for costs associated with the Connecticut Education Network shall be deposited in the General Fund and credited to the Ed-Net account to be used by said department to support the costs of said network.

      (b) The funds made available to the Department of Information Technology in subsection (a) of this section, for Ed-Net, may be transferred by said department to state agencies requiring funds for such purpose.
