      Sec. 4e-18. (Note: This section is effective June 1, 2010.) Acquisition of supplies, materials, equipment or contractual services. Requisition system. For the purpose of obtaining supplies, materials, equipment or contractual services, except infrastructure facilities, the Commissioner of Administrative Services shall establish a requisition system to be used by state contracting agencies to initiate and authorize the procurement process. Such system shall be approved by the State Contracting Standards Board.
