      Sec. 5-238a. Hours of persons employed in state parks during summer months. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this chapter, or of any regulation promulgated thereunder, there shall be no limitation on the number of hours worked per week by persons temporarily employed by the Commissioner of Environmental Protection to work in state parks during the months of June to October and such persons shall be compensated for each hour of such service at a basic hourly rate.
