Statutes > Connecticut > Title51 > Chap886 > Sec51-286gSec. 51-286g. (Formerly Sec. 54-227a). Transcript of criminal proceeding to be provided to victim upon request. Whenever a transcript of a criminal proceeding is prepared, the prosecuting official shall provide a copy of such transcript to any victim of the crime without charge upon request of such victim.
