Statutes > Connecticut > Title51 > Chap890 > Sec51-352bSec. 51-352b. (Formerly Sec. 54-28). Jurisdiction of crimes committed on water. All offenses committed on any waters adjacent to a town, but not wholly within it, shall be deemed, for the purpose of determining the jurisdiction of courts, to be committed in such town.
